What Relation of Job opportunity and Wheel of development   Evolution : 

Somaliland is my contrary and  I completed my high education in there, and have more opportunities and chance to university registration more easy to other regions contraries . Although, Somaliland  the rate of unemployment is high more then 70%  according to ministry of social and labor force 2017. In my opinion  I think if regardless of youth emptions and as office job  with white suit or shirt,  but the issue is when a graduate student pushing by family and parent that more then 16 years of school tuitions pay, so that have work immediately and full that chance even not related you fields, that cause to insufficient of knowledge  they learned will lead to slow down the wheel of evolution of contrary. 

A graduate students should taken a training and  coaching of youth of there job and responsibilities and roles and government should encourage  this programming by funding and regular evaluation that change and outcome of training. 

In summary,  education based on with developing  this developing not mean paper or books number or years  of learning but based on human bein, cognitive, feels and ambitions to adapt with world wide development.
